Welcoming October in Freiburg!

Coming out of a great 3 day weekend for German unity day and excited for another week, but first time to share and reflect on last week's adventures and experiences.

Finally doing some hiking in the Black Forest. This is the view from Zähringer Burg. Got up close and personal with some cows.

Was so thrilled to be out and about exploring nature!

And another hike in Todtnau, even got to see a waterfall too!

Also took a visit to Europa Park this weekend, the largest theme park in Germany and second largest in all of Europe. I felt like a kid, it was great. And of course even at theme parks, disposables and single use plastics are highly avoided. Love to see it.

And of course no other way to finish a day off at an amusement park then a beer and a pretzel!

Overall, a pretty eventful weekend which I feel the pictures speak for themselves. The week itself was very 'schooly' but absolutely no complaints.
